“I don’t often write reviews. In this case, I had to provide feedback on one of the most awesome if not the best home buying experience ever. The reason it was off the charts was Joe Parker with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group. My wife and I met Joe at an open house in Cape Coral while trying to find the right area on the gulf coast for us to purchase a second home that we would eventually retire in. We live in Pittsburgh and had a short window to look at homes on our first trip at the end of August. We hit it off with Joe immediately and he knew exactly what we were looking for before we did. It isn’t often that you find a person that understands your wants and needs and does what it takes to achieve them. Joe is that person. After looking at homes online from a portal Joe set up and having many conversations for 2 months we zeroed in on a weekend at the end of October that included a marathon 16 home tour in one day. It is my great privilege and gratitude today to commend the team of Donna Stout and Sally Jo Toland on the initiation of my contract to sell my home with Milloff Aubuchon culminating in three offers and finally a contract for the sale of my home in just a few weeks. My initial contact with Donna was extremely pleasant, professional and encouraging. My agreement to sign was completed in a matter of a couple days with the only unfortunate thing being I never got to meet Donna as she was on her way to fly north as I was flying south to Florida from my 2nd home in Vermont. I met Sally Jo at my home on the Cape after the first weekend upon arriving in Florida. She was prepared with signs and refreshments for any visitors that very weekend which was extremely successful in terms of visiting potential home buyers. Sally Jo helped to make final staging of my home and even brought flowers in vases and refreshments and light snacks to welcome visitors. She even brought in some of her own bathroom towels to dress up the master bedroom bath. Sally Jo was as pleasant a person as can be and I felt any visitors to my home would feel welcomed and free to discuss anything with her. Over the roughly 2 weeks that followed Sally Jo did additional open houses to welcome more guests. I had to return home unfortunately after 2 weeks and I knew the house was in good hands as she followed up with all potentially interested buyers. Sally Jo in my opinion is an excellent realty representative.
